Ec(h)ographics is a work about the representation of sound in drawing. Gilles Malatray and David Bartholoméo are two artists working to create a repertoire of forms (drawings) linked to the acoustic statements of the environment (subjects and settings) over the course of sense-awakening walks. One of them discovers the sound of the scenery, the other formalises the variations, the position and the pitch of each sound, to derive from it a singular language.
